Best Groomed Dog Award Winner

Marj Green, CAPCT (Certified Advanced Pet Care Technician), our kennel manager and head groomer (with over 20 years grooming experience), has been with us since we opened in 1990. She has been involved with dogs since 1983, was the recipient of the Best Groomed Dog Award at HH Backer's 2006 Christmas Trade Show and Level 2 Terrier Group Difficulty Award at the 2007 Groom Expo (both international competitions), and has shown terriers to multiple wins through out the years, including being the Welsh Terrier Club of America’s best junior handler in 1986. She has been grooming all breeds since working with professional handlers in 1985, and continues her education by attending grooming and behavioral seminars and belonging to multiple online groomer’s informational groups. She currently owns, breeds, and shows Airedale Terriers in conformation and obedience.
